is a country ruled by a very special and very unfair Queen named Charles. Queen Charles III is a male raccoon in his 50's.
The country he rules, has been separated into five different districts controlled from his mighty throne. The first land is His and His alone. This is where Queen Charles III lives with all his wives, children and servants. The second land is where all the rich people live. The third is for the working class. The fourth is for the poor and sick. Most thieves lives there. The last district is where all the farmers live.
From the first to the fourth district all the trees have been cut down for the promised factories that should give all the unemployed people work. The fifth district is the only one with beautiful nature.
Dumpster Town is a small fraction of the world. The People of Dumpster town are unfamiliar with the outside world and Queen Charles likes it that way. His only concern is his money and his mighty power.

The houses of the working class.
These wonderful beings live in the slums of Dumpster Town. They are Dirty Badger and son, Ol' Mol' and Sticky Piggy.
This is where Queen Charles III lives his life. The first drawing is from the outside of His humongous castle. The second drawing is from His Majesty's bedroom which lay on the top floor in the tallest tower.
The drawing below is from the most dangerous part of district 4, where the sick and poor come to spend their money and gamble.
The last environment drawing is from the inside of a standard house in both District 4 and 5.
